This project involved the demolition of the old offices and kitchen and the construction of new offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilets with the new building directly attached to the worship hall. The worship hall was gutted and insulated on the internal walls with high performance insulation under the new roof tiles. The old floor was taken up and a new floor with under-floor heating incorporated throughout both buildings. All the windows in the worship hall were replaced and an opening was created in the gable end wall of the worship hall for a set double doors to be fitted.
Externally the brick work of the worship hall was repointed and the render below windowsill level was removed and new through colour render applied. A new car parking area with disabled bays was laid at the front of the building. Security was improved by the use of a low fence and locking bollards while still keeping the front of the building open.
