Secured through competitive tendering form the North Lincolnshire Council Construction and Highways Framework, GS Kelsey were appointed to deliver a brand new classroom extension and partial remodeling of the existing school.
It was agreed from the outset of the project that the scheme could be used as a pilot to help demonstrate the virtues of collaborative working to train future site managers. Correlative working in the spirit of the framework partnership meant that the councils project management matte were on hand to support two the our trainee site mangers with construction technology and NEC3 building contract issues.
The project was competed to the satisfaction of the school and our managers were highly commend in a school assembly where they were thanked for their efforts by the school pupils and staff.
