G S Kelsey was awarded the contract through completive tender to extend the existing public house to form a new kitchen area. The work was undertaken as part of the owners expansion plans for their business so that hot meals could be served.

The new extension was built to replace the owners existing kitchen which was a temporary structure. The project was completed within 4 months, more significantly, before Christmas allowing the owners to deal with an increased demand over the Christmas period.
