G S Kelsey Construction Ltd successfully completed this project after 40 weeks on site. No more than a mile from Cleethorpes seafront, the project proved difficult from the outset with architects having to overcome the possibility of flood risk and unstable ground.
This development consists of 9nr two-bed dwellings, four of which were made available for shared ownership and 2nr one bed flats. Attentive and methodical work by Shorelines precontract team ensured that they had maximised the potential from the vacant plot of land, utilising every inch of the site.
This provided challenging for our site team who had to construct the dwellings within a limited site area which meant that the text book for building on a green field went on the window. G S Kelsey Construction provided a full design and build service for the client ensuring compliance with planning conditions, building regulation and the code for sustainable homes .
Work was completed on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders including the eventual occupants of the dwellings.
