G.S. Kelsey Construction Ltd was delighted to join Ongo Homes with their “Raising Aspirations” campaign on the Westcliffe Estate. Ongo Homes have committed more that £7 million to regenerate Westcliff in Scunthorpe and the overall development of the area will include 41 new homes and a new precinct with retail units and a Community Centre which will act as the hub for the new look estate.
G S Kelsey Construction is working with Ongo to complete the Community Hub and Units by the turn of 2017. G S Kelsey’s director, Matthew Robinson, showed off the new plans to Key stage 2 pupils at Oasis Academy. Children and staff were shown artists impression of the new precinct and Matthew explained what facilities and activities will be on offer in the new community hub once it is completed.
Matthew will be returning to the school with Ongo in the new academic year to display progress photographs and provide an update for the children about the scheme.
