We recently handed over the keys to 16nr new dwellings on Ashtree close in Belton. The dwellings completed now take G S Kelseys housing completion tally to over 50nr units in the last three years.
We are set to double that total in the next 18 months by undertaking the construction of another 60nr dwellings for Ongo Homes, Lincolnshire Housing Partnership and Kirklees Neighbourhood housing.
Working in collaboration with housing associations has become a mainstay for the business. Our experience of building houses is helping improve value for money outcomes but our commitment to corporate & social responsibilities is also proving beneficial to the communities where we are building.
As a business we endeavor to go the extra mile whilst we are on site and we initiate and accommodate local initiatives that help bring wider, long lasting benefits to the areas in which we are building.
We are seen here facilitating site visits with school pupils, holding construction related debates in schools and also sponsoring local events.
