We have commenced work to build 32nr new affordable homes for Ongo. Work is scheduled for completion in Summer 2020 and the development will see mixed tenure housing delivered on an old brownfield council site.
Formerly a bowling green and recretaion area , the land has fallen on hard times. As part of a drive for North Lincolnshire Council and the social housing provider to create more homes the site has had planning approved and work has now started.
The drone photograph above shows the current state of the site and we look forward to providing further updates as the work proceeds.
