After building a collaborative working relationship on a project in Skegness, G S Kelsey Ltd and AF Blakemore’s partnered to build a brand new convenience store and petrol station on Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth.
In the capacity of Main Contractor we managed the entire supply chain including a tank farm and forecourt/canopy contractor. Our site agent liaised with the design team and supply chain to coordinate and supervise the installation of 3nr tanks providing the ability to turnover seven million litres of fuel per annum from the site.
The clients fit out team worked within our contract programme and the station is able to serve fuels as well as convenience foods such as Costa Coffee, Greggs and Subway.
